Disclaimers & Disclosures

Fidencia Financial is committed to operating transparently and in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Please read the following disclosures carefully before using our platform or submitting an application.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Broker Status

Fidencia Financial is a funding brokerage and consulting platform. We are not a bank, direct lender, or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, underwrite loans, or fund transactions directly.

Our role is to help business owners understand their funding options, assess their readiness, and connect them with a network of third-party lending and capital partners who may be able to provide financing suited to their goals and qualifications.

All funding decisions, approvals, rates, terms, fees, and eligibility requirements are determined solely by the individual lender or funding provider. Fidencia Financial has no control over lender decisions and cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Compensation Transparency

Fidencia Financial may receive compensation from lending partners and funding providers when a financing transaction successfully closes. This compensation is generally paid by the funding provider and does not typically increase the cost of capital to the borrower.

If any service includes separate consulting fees, advisory charges, or other client-facing costs, those fees will always be clearly disclosed in writing prior to any agreement being executed. You will never be charged a fee without your advance knowledge and consent.

Fidencia Financial does not accept fees from applicants in exchange for approval, guarantee of funding, or placement with any specific lender.

3. Prequalification vs. Approval

Completing a Funding Readiness Review or receiving a Funding Readiness Score from Fidencia Financial is not an offer, commitment, or guarantee of financing. It is an educational and strategic assessment tool designed to help business owners understand their current funding position and identify areas for improvement.

A Funding Readiness Score reflects information self-reported by the applicant and is intended for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a credit decision, and it does not represent the views of any lender or funding provider.

Actual loan approval, amount, rates, and terms are subject to lender underwriting, credit verification, documentation review, and program eligibility requirements.

4. Credit Inquiry Notice

Fidencia Financial conducts only soft credit inquiries for internal prequalification purposes when expressly authorized by the applicant. Soft credit inquiries do not affect your credit score and are not visible to other lenders.

However, when your application is formally submitted to a third-party lender or funding provider, that lender may conduct a hard credit inquiry as part of their underwriting process. Hard inquiries may appear on your credit report and can temporarily affect your credit score.

Fidencia Financial will inform you before submitting your application to any lender. You retain the right to decline submission at any time prior to lender review.

5. No Professional Advice

The information provided on this website, through the Funding Academy, and by Fidencia Financial representatives is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

You should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor before making any significant financial, legal, or business decisions based on information provided by Fidencia Financial.

6. State-Level Disclosures

Commercial financing laws vary by state. Several states — including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Texas — have enacted Commercial Financing Disclosure Laws requiring specific written disclosures before commercial financing agreements are finalized.

Where applicable, Fidencia Financial's lending partners are responsible for providing state-mandated financing disclosures, including estimated APR, total repayment amount, finance charges, and other required information, prior to the execution of any funding agreement.

Fidencia Financial endeavors to work only with lending partners who operate in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

7. TCPA & Communication Consent

By submitting an application or contact form on this website, you expressly consent to be contacted by Fidencia Financial and its lending partners by phone (including automated or pre-recorded calls), text message (SMS), and email regarding your application and related funding opportunities.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing support@fidenciafinancial.com.

Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of receiving any service from Fidencia Financial.

8. Referral Partner Program

Individuals or businesses participating in the Fidencia Financial Referral Partner Program are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Fidencia Financial.

Referral partners are not authorized to make representations about loan terms, approval likelihood, rates, or timelines on behalf of Fidencia Financial or any lending partner.

Referral partner compensation is contingent upon the successful funding of a referred client and is governed by the terms of the applicable partner agreement.
